Baldiao/Beljaw/Balliao/Beljaw is said to be the youngest of the seven (7) children of the spouses Anuma and Katipa. He married Chiao Anenit/Anenit Chiao (the daughter of spouses Coldian and Picnay) of Batan, Kabayan. The wedding was held at the residence of the wife but they resided at Pias (now located at Poblacion, Atok).
According to Francisco Tiotioen, before the death of Anenit, when they were about four or five years old at that time, they were still able to see her. Later, they only realized that she had died because of the people that gathered in her residence at Pias, Poblacion, Atok.

The available story about Baldiao is that he loves to travel from one place to another making the descendants wonder if they also have other kin with the same forefather.
