Kinikin is the oldest among the seven (7) siblings / offspring of Anoma and Katipa. He was born at Oschongan, Poblacion, Atok together with Donjaan and Kelvagen. This was before Kinikin’s parents separated for three (3) years.
Kinikin married Savina of Naguey, Atok. They have six (6) children namely: Bungis / Oyao, Esdao, Carmen, Celdiona, Aramon and Dichaman. Being the eldest, Kinikin held the position of president or mayor that his father earlier held. He was the first municipal president or mayor of the municipality of Atok during the American Civil Government from 1901 - 1902. While serving as mayor of Atok, there were times he rode on horse back going to Manila to attend meetings as narrated by Mrs. Sylvina C. Tumayan. It is significant to note that Kinikin was responsible in saving the life of his father when their house was struck by lightning. He died in January of 1934.
